Job Title: 3rd Shift Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Assembler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts using hand tools, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining the work area and equipment. You will prepare work by studying parts lists, gathering necessary materials, and ensuring the production of structurally sound products.
Responsibilities
Assemble component parts or pieces according to job specifications using hand tools or by hand.
Verify the correct quantities of component parts and conduct quality checks on completed items.
Manage parts inventory and ensure all components are available for assembly.
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment, including tools.
Prepare work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly and mechanical assembly.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Strong understanding of production and mechanical processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hand assembly, material handling, parts loading, or utility roles.

Work Environment
This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. The work environment is climate-controlled. After training, you will operate your station independently while being part of a supportive team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
