Kuehne+Nagel Trade Control Manager in other, China
To be the center point of Trade Control in order to support all business and functional units across Greater China region with excellent trade control guidance and support. This includes mainly the areas of risk assessment, establishment and maintenance of procedures and policies and trainings.
Your Role
The role holder needs to be open-minded, interested in working in an international environment and have cross-cultural competence. This person needs to familiarize quickly with Kuene + Nagel business practices and procedures, be highly organized, reliable and meet deadlines. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently implement administration and management requirements is a strong advantage
Your Responsibilities
To align and manage Kuehne + Nagel's Global Trade Control Policy with applicable local trade control laws and regulations within Greater China and ensuring risk from relevant laws and regulations are mitigated adequately
To implement Kuehne + Nagel's Global Trade Control Plan effectively and align with local BU's on local trade control risk assessment by supporting internal stakeholders on trade control questions
To draft processes, procedures & work instructions on trade control topics
To provide subject matter expertise, train and guide colleagues in Greater China on trade control topics
To work closely with other region's Local Trade Control Managers in addressing general trade control issues
Your Skills and Experiences
Sound understanding and knowledge in trade control and customer clearance related
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
