Kuehne+Nagel National Operational Key Account Specialist in other, China
You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your operational + service expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
- Your primary objective will be to drive customer operational excellence by ensuring all agreed processes are followed by Customer Care (CCL) teams + customer expectations are well understood before commencing operations. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
To participate in customer implementation + on-boarding processes ensuring a full understanding ofcustomer expectations + agreed processes; aligning service flexibility with process compliance to achievewin-win.
To act as the bridge between the CCL team + customer to fulfill customer requirements while representingour interests.
To participate in setting up standard operating procedures (SOP), key reporting structures + customerdeliverables to ensure service delivery monitoring + identification of improvement areas.
To initiate report automation where possible, ensuring accuracy, consistency + timeliness.
To organise + lead customer reviews, strategically seeking management participation where needed.
To keep track of + follow up closure of any claims or incident reports.
To identify + share opportunities with the development team to grow customer business, facilitating a higherreturn on investment (ROI) from existing customers.
To support + drive continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity, cost savings + yielddevelopment within customer accounts.

To undertake the responsibilities of planning, strategizing, organizing, and driving business development and sales activities for KN Expo + Events' domestic, international, and events logistics business.
To engage with, manage, and serve exhibition and event organizers to obtain official appointments for their exhibitions and events.
To manage a healthy and aggressive sales pipeline for the company.
Your Responsibilities
To increase revenue through the retention of, and the proactive acquisition of customers.
To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
To provide management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activity.
To develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance the sales teams including active sales coaching and making joint sales calls.
To ensure correct administration of the prevailing Sales Incentive Plan.
To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, problems.
To establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships with specified customers and service providers and discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affected business units.
