EarthRite Pest Control Pest Control Technician in Ostrander, Ohio
Assist in the inspections of various types of residential & commercial structures for the presence of various pests and insects. Assist in applying control strategies that may include the application of pesticides for the control of various insects according to local, state and federal law and requirements with guidance of Senior licensed pest control technician. To apply heat to structures and work within the heat to eradicate insects.
**This is a full time job average working hours 8-5p and OPTIONAL weekend
Saturdays w/ BONUS PAY!**
Education and Personal Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent is a minimum.
- Good driving record for the past three years.
- No DUI's for the past seven years.
- No Felonies.
- Lift 80 lbs

Assisting Tasks
- Assist in the application of products according to their labels.
- Set mechanical traps and place for control of rodents.
- Display and maintain good written and oral communication.
- Complete paperwork within our company system to meet all Company, Local, State and Federal guidelines.
- Measure area dimensions requiring treatment & calculate treatment requirements.
- Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Some bending, lifting, climbing and squatting are required.
- Will be carrying up to 75 pounds periodically throughout the day.
- Maintain a professional image while conducting company business.
- Maintain open communication with EarthRite Management.
- Obtain state or multiple state certifications within 1 year of employment.
