The Job

You will be responsible for supporting the streaming marketing director for the Nordics and the broader Nordic marketing team to drive forward the health of the paying subscriber base for WBD’s streaming products.

The Daily

  • Consolidating the region’s planned budget and work with the media agency to ensure all required deliverables are shared with the brand and content team

  • Managing localization of pan-EMEA streaming campaigns for the markets with creative services whenever possible or external creative agencies when appropriate

  • Day to day management of campaigns for local original productions for streaming for the markets supporting the creation of all deliverables from key art through to the last asset delivered

  • Helping to pull together media briefs consolidating all marketing inputs from the EMEA streaming and local marketing teams. This will include annual, quarterly and campaign briefs for either the market or as an input into the regional media briefs

  • Coordinating all activity across the region supporting the marketing director have a single view of the markets combined

  • Owning the regional marketing plan and ensuring that all markets are accurately represented so the virtual extended marketing teams for each of the markets are aligned on the priorities, the targets and their part in the execution of the plan

The Must Haves

  • A marketer with experience of full funnel marketing planning and execution

  • Strong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders

  • Structured with the ability to project manage marketing campaigns and marketing teams to tight deadlines

  • A proactive, self-starting and inquisitive person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic and matrix organization

  • Experience with marketing a subscription service or content preferable, but not essential

  • Experience of working in a matrix environment

  • Strong creative appraisal skills and creative judgment.
