Senior Solution Consultant – Customer Intelligence

Location: Oslo, Norway preferred.

We are looking for a Consultant who has an interest in data-driven marketing and 1:1 communication and analytical CRM. Good understanding of enterprise marketing solutions and the role analytics and machine learning play in modern digital marketing is an advantage. Passionate and eager to become an expert in SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions and helping our clients provide the best customer experiences and relevant messaging across digital and non-digital channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading SAS Customer Intelligence software solutions implementations within campaign management, contact optimization, email/SMS marketing, event-based marketing and real-time interactive marketing including integrating these solutions to customers’ existing systems both in regards to data and channels

  • Translating capabilities in SAS Customer Intelligence software solutions to cover and meet relevant business processes of our customers and assist in requirement specification.

  • Leading customer workshops, solutions presentation and conducting demos

  • Solution design, configuration and testing

  • Successful delivery of SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions

    Do you qualify?

  • Relevant education such as a statistician, mathematician, economist or the like

  • Ability to travel to client locations through the Nordics

  • You have good business understanding and ability to work both independently and as part of a strong professional team

  • Knowledge of SAS programming and/or other programming languages are an advantage but not a requirement

In addition to this, it would be an advantage (but not essential) if you meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a business/consulting environment with specific focus in software implementation, processes and/or project based experience of Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Management, Customer Intelligence solutions such as campaign management, marketing operations management or inbound marketing/real-time

  • Understanding of the role analytics plays within the marketing process

  • Knowledge of web development, infrastructure, data management and digital marketing

  • Insight and interest in IT

  • Ability to speak Norwegian and English
