Nice to meet you! I'm Marina (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marina-ponomareva/), a TA Specialist at LeadDesk. Together with Mikael (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mikael-kvitle/), Country Manager Norway & Denmark, we're strengthening his Sales team.
LeadDesk continues its growth in Norway. So, we need your help and can't wait to welcome the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team.

What you can expect as our SDR at LeadDesk
You'll be researching your prospects to match their needs with our offerings.
You'll be qualifying them while knowing which ones aren't the right fit.
You'll be connecting with prospects and providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.
You'll be working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and enhance interactions in our team.
What success looks like in this role
You're able to close 40 meetings each month. As a result, our Account Managers can approach qualified leads.
You've learnt the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona. This is reflected in your effective pitches to the right clients to connect their needs to our business-critical solution.
You've earned your stripes to be promoted to Account Manager. You get to have, e.g., your own client meetings and close deals.

As this is an entry-level role, you don't need to have an extensive prior experience in the field.
Must-haves
Ambition and coachability to develop into a high-performing SDR.
Curiosity to learn our business and technology and passion for researching info about your prospects. / knack for finding new information.
Resilience and high resistance to rejection. You know how to be persistent and remain positive.
Appetite for hunting prospects and exceeding targets.
You will be working in a team alongside with more senior team members, but we require a structured and target-driven way of working.
Active listening skills. Nothing can ask questions and listen to answers like a human!
Top-notch communication and organizational skills.
Ability to make a positive first impression and swiftly win your prospects' trust.
Full professional working proficiency in both Norwegian (this is the language for customer communications) and English (this is our internal language).
A work permit in Norway
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of sales processes and B2B sales.
Prospecting skills.
A recent university degree.
