SILVER STAR BRANDS Fulfillment Team Member in OSHKOSH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Complete order receipts. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions. Keep records of out-going orders. Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or on computer. Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise. Receive, unload, open, unpack, or issue sales floor merchandise. Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Complete customer orders in a fast paced fulfillment warehouse environment using one or more of the processes listed below: Picking: In assigned work area of the fulfillment warehouse, picking and packing item(s) quickly and accurately into totes Check Pack: Verifying that items in tote conform to customer order accurately as noted on work ticket and packaging order before it leaves fulfillment warehouse Support Functions: Filling in as needed in picking / packing / manifesting areas, and providing fast paced support of team members throughout the fulfillment warehouse o Support functions include tasks such as collate production, material handling, truck loading, and manifesting Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English High School Diploma / GED preferred Requires extended periods of standing and moving at a fast pace (This is a must!)
