JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Teaching, Learning, and Technology Manager Business Title: CETL Team Lead Employment Class: Non-Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$72,000 - \$75,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: Annual Fixed Term Renewable Position Summary: Become a leader in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at UW Oshkosh and collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students. The CETL Team Lead provides management and oversight for instructional design, technology, and development functions for UW Oshkosh\'s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. May provide instructional design, technology, and development services directly to faculty, staff, and other customers as needed. In collaboration with the AVC For Research and Innovation, supervises CETL instructional designers and manages CETL resources to support and enhance teaching and learning across the university. Responsibilities The CETL Team Lead: Develops and maintains knowledge of the specific and unique needs of students and instructors at UWO. Assists with the development of strategic planning initiatives and objectives for CETL. Manages a portfolio of instructional design and technology services and support. Recommends, tests, and audits selected learning technologies and/or methods. Provides effective project management and overall coordination of project teams to meet deadlines.
