JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Administrative Assistant II Business Title: UW Oshkosh Employment Class: University Staff Continuous FTE: .9 Compensation: \$15 - \$18 FLSA Status: non-exempt Terms of Employment: Position Summary: The Testing Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high-quality testing experience to students through exceptional customer service and accuracy in test procedures. This position is responsible for preparing the Accommodated Testing area of Testing Services and students for testing; administering testing in accordance with NCTA standards; maintaining a high degree of test and testing security through physical and electronic monitoring (proctoring); and completing all necessary close of business procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various problems within Accommodate, (the appointment making software used) including faculty support and/or student support, university resources, and exceptional customer service skills. Accommodated testing is full time during each of the 14-week semesters and the two 3-week interims. When school is not in session, including summer, hours will be reduced accordingly, and other duties will be accomplished.
