日本の油圧事業でシェアを伸ばしてゆくため、カスタマーサポート担当者を募集しております。担当者は顧客代理店への窓口としてのカスタマーサポート機能を発揮していただく必要があります。また、チームプレーヤーとして透明性を維持し、協調性と自主性をもってあたっていただく必要があります。
また、長期的にカスタマーサポートチームのチームリーダーになっていただける人材を募集します。

Key Responsibilities
直接取引顧客、代理店への販売窓口機能（建機、農機業界中心）
注文書の受注処理、受注請書のチェック配信
各種マスター、ひな形等の登録業務。
請求書発送と回収管理業務。
顧客納期管理と納期遅れへの対応。
顧客問い合わせ対応、営業担当者への取次業務。
電話対応、来客対応など。
Background & Skills
製造業での営業事務経験3年以上
4大卒以上
日本語:ビジネスレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル
MS Office エクセルはピポッドが容易に使用できるレベル
将来、チームリーダーやマネジメントへチャレンジする意思がある。
SAPベースの営業管理ERPの使用経験があると望ましい。
油圧製品の知識があると望ましい。
