私たちはLLMを含む機械学習モデル用のアノテーションデータの品質管理を行っているチームのマネージャーを探しています。エンジニアやデータサイエンティストなどのカスタマーに納品するデータの正確度をKPIとし、Alexa Shoppingの根幹となる機械学習のモデルのためにデータの品質を保証できるように分析などを通じて検証を行うためのオペレーションチームです。チームマネージャーはデータや、効率的かつ正確なオペレーションに情熱を持って作業ができる必要があります。

We are seeking an experienced team manager to build and manage our quality operations team. This team plays a critical role in guaranteeing the quality of annotation data delivered to customers in the Alexa Shopping business, such as SDEs and Data Scientists, for use in LLM and other machine learning models. It performs analyses on the quality of data delivered by annotation operations teams in order to ensure that the data used in improving machine learning models exceeds the quality bar. The team manager must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy.

Key job responsibilities

特に、チームマネージャーとして求められることは：

①データアソシエイトやシニアデータアソシエイトなどの日々のマネージメントを行う。

②仕事の重要度から優先順位を適切に付けて、オペレーション実行を導く。

③高度な成果物を短期の期日までに提出できる。

④オペレーションのキャパシティの計算とリソース、仕事量、シフト、トレーニングのスケジュールなど複数の観点からチーム管理を行う。

⑤週ごと、月ごとのKPIのレビューや、グローバルの様々なチームとのやりとりを行い、これらの数字を管理する。

⑥定期的なプロセスのレビュー、変更や標準化などを通じて、プロセスを自ら効率化するだけではなく、それらの管理を行う。

⑦プロセス改善のプロジェクトをドライブし、課題のソリューション提供および実行を行う。

⑧自身のチームの採用や、その人材デベロップメントをKPIの観点などを用いながらトレーニングしたり、コーチングなどをしたりする。

Key job responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day operations with a team of Data Associates and Sr. Data Associates

2. Managing work prioritization and delivery based on business needs

3. Ensuring high-quality deliveries under aggressive and agile deadlines

4. Planning capacity and commit to volumes by managing resources, queues, shifts, trainings, and leave requests

5. Tracking weekly/monthly metrics and process reviews with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones

6. Maximizing productivity and process efficiency through process standardization, strong process documentation, supervision, and analysis, as well as performance feedback on a periodic basis

7. Initiating and leading process improvement projects, presenting solution proposals, and implementing them to other applicable/in-scope operational areas

8. Owning the team’s hiring, performance, and development through performance metrics, training, and feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis

Basic Qualifications

・6年以上の実務経験と2年以上のマネジメント経験

・ 母国語が日本語あるいはネイティブに近い日本語力（読み書き、会話ともに必須）

・ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き能力

・高い分析力、問題解決力、論理的推論力

・迅速な業務内容や環境の変化への適応で快適に作業できる

・複数のプロジェクトを同時にサポートでき、迅速な業務ベースの中で、優先順位が変更するたび臨機応変に対応できる

・常に向上心を持ち、リーダーとして周りをサポートすることができる

· A Bachelors Degree with relevant experience of 6+ years with 2+ years of people management.

· Fluent in Japanese and English language (Oral & Written)

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment

· Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

・ビジネスアナリストの経験

・Lean/Six Sigma Yellow BeltもしくはGreen Beltの資格

・高いレベルの教育をする大学などでのMBA取得

· Business Analytics experience.

· Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification

· MBA
