ManpowerGroup Digital Product Analytics Manager in Orlando, Florida

One of our Fortune 500 clients is a leading hotel franchising company. It is one of the largest hotel franchise operators in the world, with a wide range of brands under its portfolio, including economy, midscale, and upscale hotels is looking for Hardworking & motivated talents to join their awesome team.We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Product Analytics Manager with Digital Analytics experience. The ideal candidate will dive deep into data, create detailed reports, and analyze digital performance to identify any website issues. You will work closely with Product Managers to optimize products and websites, ensuring they meet key KPIs and deliver the intended results.

Title: Digital Product Analytics Manager

Location: Orlando FL (Hybrid) - Office M-W, and Remote -Thur-Fri.

Duration: 12+ month (temp to perm)

Pay Range: $57 - $60 / hr.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute optimization strategies for T+L Co. digital products.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Application Performance, Product Management, Consumer Insights) to ensure proper reporting, NFRs, and performance tracking.

  • Support business case development for new digital projects.

  • Partner with analytics to track and validate ongoing improvements.

  • Manage tools like FullStory, Firebase, and AppDynamics to optimize conversion and engagement.

  • Optimize conversion paths to boost online reservations, sales, and profit.

  • Report on UI performance, application health, and product outcomes.

  • Influence product enhancements and ensure feature alignment with cross-channel campaigns.

  • Propose relevant A/B tests to enhance user experience and conversion.

  • Work with Marketing teams to assess product impact from campaigns.

Required Skills:

  1. Digital Product Analytics Experience: 3-7 years of experience analyzing and optimizing digital products.

  2. Web Design and Usability Knowledge: Strong understanding of web design principles, usability, and user testing.

  3. Scrum Development Knowledge: Proven experience with Scrum methodology in application development.

  4. Business Acumen: High level of day-to-day business knowledge, with a focus on digital products.

  5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive optimization.

  6. Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to present ideas, communicate effectively, and write clearly.

  7. Teamwork Skills: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborate, and contribute as a positive team player.

  8. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Basecamp, or VersionOne.

  9. Experience with CMS: Hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems.

  10. Customer Behavior Analytics: Ability to analyze customer behavior through clickstream data and feedback.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and propose out-of-the-box solutions to improve digital experiences.

  2. Process Improvement Experience: Proven track record of driving change and implementing process improvements.

  3. Digital Merchandising and Ecommerce: 3-7 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or product marketing.

  4. Business Strategy Translation: 2-3 years of experience turning business strategies into actionable online experiences.

  5. Digital Marketing or Analytics: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or analyzing digital analytics.

  6. Experience with Toolsets: Familiarity with tools like FullStory, Firebase, and AppDynamics for conversion and engagement optimization.

  7. A/B Testing Expertise: Ability to define and suggest relevant A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion.

  8. Campaign Alignment: Experience working with marketing teams to translate cross-channel campaigns into online site experiences.
