The role overview:

In this role you will work with global cross-functional teams to help stand up Security programs and ensure adoption and promotion of these programs using organizational change management best practices.

You will provide guidance by partnering closely with the corporate PM functions and engage communications and team members to come up with a comprehensive OCM plan. What you get to do in this role:

  • Contribute to the overall Business Operations and Strategy vision and mission by supporting the lead change strategist including a hyper focus on persona assessments and persona- specific adoption strategies that will feed into the overall adoption strategy.

  • Define, Design and Execute a persona-based change assessment and strategy which aligns to desired changes to user behavior, experience, and value-realization, while collaborating with key stakeholders across Security

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and resistance management.

  • Design and deliver training programs to support staff in adopting new systems, tools, or processes.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics for stakeholders.

  • Engage with senior leaders to secure their commitment to change efforts.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • As appropriate, troubleshoot and mitigate blockers and delays within persona assessment and strategy.

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.

  • Develop counterstrategies to reduce resistance and address employee concerns.

  • Monitor progress of change initiatives and report on their effectiveness.

  • Measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.

  • Collect and analyze feedback and data to gauge the effectiveness of change efforts and make necessary adjustments.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared.

  • Ensure change management strategies are aligned with the organization’s goals and culture.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in change management or a related field. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is preferred.

  • Proven experience developing change strategies, methodologies, thought leadership and value-based outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • CERTS that are a plus

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

  • Program Management Professional (PMP)

  • PROSCI

  • Solid understanding of business issues/pain points and desired business outcomes

  • Effective at navigating a matrixed environment with strong cross functional, collaboration, and influence skills

  • Impeccable interpersonal and communications skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.)

  • Must be comfortable working in an agile environment and juggling competing demands

  • Purpose-driven team player

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Highly proactive, planful, even anticipatory with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
