Sr. Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around maintaining a high-quality client experience from preconstruction through warranty. You will serve as the main point of contact between the owner and our team, developing and maintaining the construction project schedule. Your tasks will also include updating and projecting job costs, conducting Owner/Architect/Engineer meetings, processing change events and associated change orders, reviewing and approving subcontractor pay applications and field invoices. In addition, you will assist the superintendent with site logistics and management, participate in site safety, and review project quality.

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Maitland, Florida.
Truck allowance 400/month and 300 fuel. Provide laptop/phone. Performance bonuses 20% of salary paid out every july.

Work Environment
Our company provides a dynamic work environment, with a team of 60 employees based in our headquarters in Gainesville. As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Sr management.
