Robert Half Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Orlando, Florida

Description

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in the Hospitality Industry in Orlando, Florida. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and will focus on providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and qualifying leads for sales or catering managers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to communicate customer needs to staff and management.

• Answer telephones promptly and greet customers with enthusiasm.

• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to build and nurture lasting business relationships.

• Provide written confirmation and quotes to all clients.

• Produce accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.

• Utilize your knowledge of Delphi, Microsoft Office Suites and other relevant software to maintain a professional and positive demeanor.

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills while interacting with customers.

• Exhibit proven sales and customer service skills by creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Take initiative to go beyond the call of duty to resolve guest opportunities and create loyalty.

• Function as part of a team, setting priorities when multiple demands are present.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing Coordination or similar role.

• Proficiency in Delphi software is a plus.

• Solid understanding and experience with Inbound Marketing techniques

• Proven track record in Direct Sales and Inbound Sales.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving in professional skills and knowledge.
