Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rental Operations Supervisor in Orlando, Florida. Responsible for supervising, and conducting activities related to Owner Rental Program. Support Operations and System Enhancements to assist the revenue generating capabilities of Global Rental Operations. Develop productive relationships with business partners in the field and in other departments.

This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Saturday and Sunday.

How You'll Shine:

  • Actively involved in the review and selection of external vendors

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Identifies resources and assigns individual responsibilities for project support

  • Provides Communication and involves all appropriate partners

  • Manages project teams, day-to-day operational aspects of projects and their scope

  • Has in-depth understanding of project scope and provides plans and actions to meet expectation

  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team members, prior to implementing

  • Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards

  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

  • Minimizes exposure and risk on projects

  • Ensures all project team members are on schedule and ensures appropriate and timely information to all relevant parties regarding project status

  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key internal business partners, including all levels of company management, as well as personnel from multiple cross-functional departments.

  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Follows up with any outstanding items and sets up follow up with partners to assure all expectations are met.

  • Helps facilitate product change management strategies; adapt behavior and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles which warrant attention and resolution.

  • Focus on process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

  • Manages organizational structure for Global Rental Operations and business partners

  • Manages overall process management within Global Rental Operations to assure consistency and accuracy

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Use of multiple systems paired with proficient experience with MS

  • Accept frequent changes to daily operations and can monitor the work environment while simultaneously performing job functions

  • Able to prioritize changing business needs and multitask.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, problem resolution skills and customer service skills. Not easily flustered, remains calm under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Intermediate level in Excel.

  • Knowledge of RCC, IRIS, iHotelier, Opera, Focus, TMP, RezAgent, VAX, Payment Gateway, Cyber-Source, Tandem, Travelport, Worldspan, Jira and ION preferred.

  • 4 years of experience in vacation ownership, hospitality or related industry

  • 3 years customer service in related field dealing with end use consumers

  • 3 years of project management with system and process related projects
