Quality Management Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Develops the QMP to establish performance objectives relevant to all task areas.

*Integrates industry standards and best practices (ISO 9001, PMBoK) into QMP and ensures adherence to contract performance standards.

*Collaborates with Risk Manager to establish processes and thresholds for problem/issue/risk escalation and resolution.

*Implements the QMP to facilitate agile and flexible delivery of services.

*Implements and oversees the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) process.

*Provides surveillance of performance metrics and KPIs related to benchmarks and goals and reassess as necessary to ensure meaningfulness and adherence to award fee criteria.

*Educates and trains staff on quality management policies and procedures.

*Analyzes trends to proactively identify potential performance issues.

*Reports performance, quality issues and concerns to PM and other relevant stakeholders and into InSITE.

*Performs spot checks/audits of performance against SOPs.

*Oversees implementation of corrective action plans and tracks through resolution.

*Prepares the V2X self-assessment report in support of the AAS' Award Fee Evaluation process.

*Develops the QAP include requirements for all TDLs and recommends tailored performance measures for specific TDPs, as appropriate.

Education/Experience:

*(10+ BA/BS or 5 + MA/MS or 14+AA/No Degree)
