What You’ll Get to Do :

Our team is seeking a highly motivated, versatile, property accountability Subject Matter Expert to provide functional support to the Logistics team in accounting for all government equipment in Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions. As the lead Property Management Analyst, you will assist with the development and streamlining of asset management processes to ensure efficiencies. You will ensure supply management and equipment readiness supporting multiple training events Worldwide, including managing the accountability of WTRS Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) and other equipment during relocation and installation at numerous global Army sites. You will be part of a team where complex problem solving and communication skills are critical to success and will significantly impact training to the Warfighter.

More About the Role :

WTRS maintains Army equipment at over 400 global locations for PEO STRI. These training devices deliver capabilities to Army to train Soldiers at individual and collective levels. Accounting for inventory and operational readiness of over 300,000 pieces of equipment is critical to the Army. We are seeking a supply expert who can proactively manage government property, focusing on accountability, readiness, and disposal in accordance with contractual Army requirements.

Primary point of contact for asset management-related inquires and issues; interact and communicate with end-users, management and vendors.

Major activities include: Lead team of property analysts in multiple locations, manage accountability of Government Furnished Property, Contractor Acquired Property, including leased vehicles, oversee procurement actions to include DD250 acceptance, coordinate required inventories and audits, manage disposition of unserviceable and excess accountable and non-accountable property, ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Army Regulations, maintain and enforce corporate Property Management Policies, and conduct audits of logistics documentation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

BA/BS or equivalent as defined as HS diploma & six years of related industry experience. Ten years of property management experience, eight of which are specialized using a Government Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), and five of which are managing Government Furnished Property (GFP). Must have experience managing Government equipment in accordance with Department of Defense Regulations and Policies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 245, and acquisition experience specific to reviewing allowable purchases and processing DD 250 receipts.

Expert experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

Experience managing Army property at the Brigade or Division Level. Experience as an Army Property Book Officer or Army Supply Technician.

Experience using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

Experience managing TADSS equipment.

$63,700 - $134,000
