The learning products offered, reach over two million students a year, providing our global audience with innovative, engaging training across multiple platforms. As an integral member of our Learning and Development team, the LMS Administrator manages the integrity of our learning systems and supporting test and staging environment, to provide the best possible user experience, and ensure compliance and certification requirements are met. You will work closely with the exam and content development teams as well as partner with IT in the management of courses, exams, reporting, and user roles. Process definition and management are critical functions of the role, including work queue through archiving.
Ideal candidates bring a minimum of five years in LMS administration and/or deployment of digital learning and deep functional knowledge of digital education delivery tools, including LMS and e- Learning authoring tools. Position requires expertise with learning management and exam management technologies, as well as experience with SCORM packages and web servers. Previous experience with Crowd Wisdom highly desirable. Must bring technical skills including troubleshooting and understanding of directory and file structures. You will thrive in this role if you are a self-starter, with strong organizational, documentation and problem-solving skills and proven ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
Position operates out of our Orlando office, with a required three days onsite, Monday - Wednesday with flexibility to work remote on Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager, LandD Operations, to accomplish departmental goals; collaborate and support other functional leaders in the LandD team.
- Support all internal team members and departments following the Association mission and values while promoting Association culture.
- Deploy and manage the Association's digital products in its licensed learning systems, ensuring the content is up-to-date and staged for usage as specified by the associated product manager.
- Manage user properties and permissions to courses, enrollments, exams, and information as specified.
- Identify opportunities for improvements within the system to maximize use and streamline user experience.
- Utilize learning paths, groups, portal management, and other functionality as it is available and appropriate.
- Establish guidelines and protocols for developing and publishing product and exam assets; manage and track deployed configurations; and maintai and provide LMS reporting and analytics to business partners.
- Collaborate with IT to oversee system upgrades and system licensing; train internal users, members, and clients as needed in LMS administration; troubleshoot and offer technical support for internal staff when needed.
- Ensure that configured roles, products, reporting, and exams function correctly prior to release, including UAT approvals.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, maintaining a bridge to the IT department on system requirements and improvements, supporting Product Management, and working closely with the Product Development team.
- Consult as required to help with system integrations and client-specific needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Educational Technology, Curriculum Design, related field or experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in LMS administration and the deployment of digital learning.
- Proven functional knowledge of digital education delivery tools, including LMS and eLearning authoring tools.
- Knowledge of SCORM packages and web servers.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, customer focused, and ability to build collaborative partnerships.
- Sound business judgment: accurately identify situations that require upper-management consultation from those that allow for independent decision-making.
- Ability to troubleshoot technology-related challenges with calm and a methodical escalation process.
- Computer proficiency across MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to learn other computer software programs as needed.
- Highly adaptable, flexible; responsive and accepting of change in a fast-paced environment.
