Facilities Technician
Responsibilities
Perform reactive maintenance to Industrial HVAC systems.
Diagnose machine malfunctions, determine needed repairs, and perform repair or provide cost and time estimate for an outside contractor to repair.
Provide recommendations for improving preventative maintained activities.
Building maintenance including facility building maintenance as meeded.
Required to complete forklift repairs, compressors repairs, electrical (up to 480v), installing motors, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC certification is preferred.

Shift
First Shift position:
Monday - Friday: 7AM - 4:30PM
Once hired on direct the position will turn into second shift:
Monday - Friday: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Must be open to both shifts for this postiion.
Pay
Starting wage for this position is 27-29/hr depending on experience.
Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial, large-setting manufacturing environment that is air-conditioned. However, you may be required to go outside to the yard for materials, which is not air-conditioned.
