Construction Account Manager

Construction Account Manager Responsibilities:

Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers.

Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.

Work closely with Account Managers on day-to-day operational processes including, but not limited to contract renewals, prepare and maintain schedules to accomplish procurement objectives, troubleshooting, provide software training to client and contractor staff.

Work closely with to determine root cause of customer success and failures and drive requirements for process enhancement and development as needed.

Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals yearly.

Provide input on new processes and workflow as needed.

Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.

Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.

Provide project support including scope development, material take-offs from plans and specifications, proposal review, and construction management.

Participate in Budget development and management, revenue forecasting

Work with Sales and Business Operations team to develop annual program usage and benchmark report.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Experience in Account Management/Customer Success. Knowledge of key concepts including JOC Process, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.

Confident communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.

A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.

Sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.

Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and process of construction bid documents. Knowledge in the process of new client start-ups (preferred).

The ability to communicate effectively with team members and across the organization.

Experience identifying client or staffing issues and the ability to create effective solutions as well as the knowledge of when to escalate.

A valid US driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 30%

  • Must meet requirements to drive a company vehicle (Valid US Driver's License and clean driving record).

Ability and willingness to relocate to Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL upon being hired.
