Position Overview:

We’re currently looking for a Business Administration Coordinator to support our operations managers for offshore technicians at SGRE office in Orlando. Performs standardized checks on supplier and/or customer contracts, and files respective information. Ensures analyses and evaluation of the product or project portfolio, and evaluates capital expenditure proposals. Supports in preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.

Relocation will not be offered for this role.

Scope of responsibilities:

Your will manage various administrative office tasks, such as:

• Support managers in administrative tasks

• Supports Business Administration Management of an assigned business organization.

• Supports completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities. Supports consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.

• Delegation support

• Support with PPE and working clothes

• Support with time registration and travel reimbursement for offshore technicians

• Ad-hoc tasks

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

You will be the office point of contact with a lot of interfaces and many different tasks to be solved, therefore you need to enjoy contact with people and dynamic work environment.

We expect you to fulfill the following:

• University degree, preferably in Administration or similar,

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a bigger organization,

• Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues,

• Eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
