Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a background in construction, homebuilding, or the service industry. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing high volume invoicing, lien waivers, vendor management, and month-end closures. This is an entirely office-based role requiring advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage high volume invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle lien waivers to ensure all legal obligations are met.
Oversee vendor management tasks, including reconciliation, dispute resolution, and relationship building.
Participate in month-end closure activities maintaining precision and meeting deadlines.
Utilize advanced Excel and financial modeling for various account payable tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
Experience within the construction, homebuilding, or service industry.
Proven ability to handle high volume invoicing, lien waivers, and vendor management.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
