Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Orlando, Florida. This role is vital within our team, as it involves full cycle accounting responsibilities in a high-volume, multi-location environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns and any discrepancies are addressed

• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Handle billing tasks, which includes generating invoices and account statements

• Employ data entry skills to keep accurate records of all transactions

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in billing and invoice processing

• Proven ability in data entry with a high level of accuracy

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
