Job Title: Electrical Control Technician

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Electrical Control Technician committed to continuous improvement and achieving company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining safety through required classes, trainings, and certifications, understanding the impact of your activities on quality objectives, and adhering to ISO/IATF procedures. Responsibilities include performing calculations for electrical safety, testing equipment operations, programming PLC controls, designing electrical drawings, and developing maintenance manuals. The role requires troubleshooting skills to identify issues and recommend repairs, providing technical assistance, and participating in the Company’s Fire Brigade Team.

Hard Skills

  • Previous the person experience or transferable Siemens experience

  • Experience with HMI Systems

  • Ability to program PLC controls

  • Experience in designing and programming

  • Hands-on manufacturing experience

  • Knowledge of logic controls

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to safety and quality

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position.

Work Environment

Industrial work environment specializing in mechanical security devices, locks, and lug nuts for various automotive companies. Operates on a flexible schedule with the option of 4, 10-hour days.
