Electrical Technician (PLC)

Pay Rate Range: $28/hour - $40/hour (First Shift) depending upon experience

$33.60/hour - $48/hour (Third Shift) depending upon experience

    About the Electrical Technician (PLC) Position

  • Tests operations of equipment and controls

  • Modify and troubleshoot PLC controls, HMI systems, and databases as required

  • Modify as needed electrical and electronic drawings

  • Assists in developing operational and maintenance manuals as required

  • Assist in resolving problems, delays and difficulties. Notify supervisor of problems.

  • Troubleshoots equipment, recommends method of repair.

  • Use a computer (as necessary) to assist in troubleshooting, monitoring computerized equipment, fill out Maintenance requests and/or look up pertinent information.

    Your Schedule as an Electrical Technician (PLC)

  • Ability to choose from a 4-day work week or a 5-day work week

  • 1st or 3rd Shift

    What You Have to Offer

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Two (2) year degree preferred.

  • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
