Randstad is hiring a Contract Specialist to work with our client, a well-known and well-loved health network with a location in Orange City. This is a remote opportunity but you must live near Orange City, FL. The Contract Specialist – PSA and Provider Contracting is responsible for the development of various types of physician agreements and other agreements in a wide variety of specialties under the supervision of an attorney. This function will be carried out using templates and a contract life cycle workflow system. The Contract Specialist – Physician Development will collaborate with other team members including operational leaders and department colleagues. This position is open for FMLA Coverage must be able to interview and start quickly. Will work through end of July and potentially Aug. Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 INTERESTED? APPLY NOW!! Responsibilities
What you will do:
Serves as a primary contact with medical group administration and operators to understand the medical group lines of business and what type of professional services agreements, physician practice acquisition agreements, and physician employment agreement or other type of agreement is needed.
Uses the applicable existing template agreements to create medical group physician related agreements.
Communicates with attorneys and other stakeholders regarding status of legal negotiations and documents.
Understands the corporate compliance review workflow; software program(s); where documents reside in the contract management system; and the life cycle of contract initiation, development, completion, and execution.
Implements changes to contract development processes and templates.
Completes development of requested contracts and uploads executed contracts into the contract management system.
Organizes and maintains contract files and database contents to track contracts and related documents. Is an Agiloft Contract Manager.
Provides training as needed to medical group team members and other colleagues.
Requirements/Must Haves:
4-year bachelor's degree or associate degree in a legal field
2+ years of experience as a paralegal or related work experience
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office programs
