Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Perform maintenance and repair of food manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, pumps, valves, automated machinery, and facility.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair food manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, pumps, and valves.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automated machinery and PLC systems.
Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate maintenance and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times.
Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
Electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
Experience as a maintenance technician in a food manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with food manufacturing equipment and processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing facility that requires adherence to GMPs and the wearing of hairnets. Shifts are available from 6am-3pm or 2:30pm-11pm, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange, California.
