Aston Carter Document Processor in Orange, California
Hiring for a remote Document Processor that would be responsible for handling contact mainly via email with groups and brokers regarding their company insurance benefits changes and revisions. MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MI FROM ORANGE,CA
Receive and review forms from groups and brokers regarding changes to current insurance plans.
Carefully verify all documents have the correct information and follow up with groups/brokers to collect any missing information. (mainly via email)
Respond to group and broker requests via internal system (DocLinks) with professionalism and strong attention to grammar and spelling (no spell check in internal system)
Perform administrative support as necessary.
1-2 years of administrative or document processing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong data entry and typing abilities
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
