Amergis Certified Athletic Trainer - Urgently Hiring, OC High School!! in Orange, California
MUST HAVE a valid Athletics Trainer Certification from BOC.
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Athletic Trainer within the Orange County school districts to evaluate individuals on how to recover from or avoid athletic-related injuries or illnesses and maintain peak physical fitness. This individual focuses on the prevention of musculoskeletal injuries and upstream management through early intervention.
Pay Rate: $35-45/hour
Schedule: 35 hours/week; Monday-Friday
Location: Orange County, CA
Requirements:
1 year experience as a high school athletic trainer
BA in athletic training or related field (required)
MA in athletic training (desired)
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) from BOC (required)
Valid CPR/FA and AED certification
Valid ASCC and California driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site athletic training and rehabilitation
Maintain injury evaluation forms
Develop fitness programs and treatment plans
Attend fitness classes and events
Conduct injury assessments and apply protective devices
Report patient progress and collaborate on rehab programs
Perform administrative tasks and injury prevention programs
