Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Scrum Master to join our diverse and enthusiastic team. Your focus will be to support the implementation of PLM Solutions in all of Danfoss’ segments by leveraging on the scrum framework. You will manage all scrum events and processes for one or more agile team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide the team (s) in adhering to Scrum principles and best practices

  • Organizing and leading scrum events: daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog refinement

  • Use digital collaboration tools (MS Azure DevOps and MS Teams) to manage backlogs and agile processes in general

  • Fostering open communication within the team

  • Identify and remove impediments

  • Encourage self-organization among team members

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of PI (Program Increment) Planning workshops

Background & Skills

  • Bachelors / Masters engineering degree

  • At least 8 years of professional experience of which 2 years in a scrum master or product owner role

  • Agile certification required (eg. SAFe – Scale Agile Academy, Scrum Alliance, scrum.org, PMI,…)

  • Good understanding of Software development process

  • Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills

  • Adapt and share your knowledge and best practice.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
