Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support procurement activities across various business units. The ideal candidate should possess expertise and experience in the entire lifecycle of project management and procurement processes, including sourcing strategies, order placement, vendor follow-ups, invoice resolution, and the preparation, review, and analysis of procurement reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support business teams with purchase order placement and follow up with the overseas vendors

  • Update the delivery dates & tracking numbers in the system

  • Update the material master, prices, purchase info records in the system based on the business needs

  • Follow up on the Receiving and invoice issues with vendors and warehouse team

  • Create and publish various procurement reports with vendors

  • Provide the timely process updates to the onsite business teams

  • Create procurement Dashboards /Reports using Power BI or excel tools based on the customer needs

  • Profound experience managing vendors accounts; extreme customer-focus, both internal external, and a collaborative team player

  • Self-motivated, demonstrate problem solving abilities, continuous improvement, and decision-making skills

  • Ad-hoc reporting and super user function for procurement

Background & Skills

  • Graduation in Engineering or Master’s in Supply chain is preferred

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in procurement with both developing complex reports and delivering on regular procurement tasks

  • Good knowledge in SAP MM Module

  • Excellent end-to-end procurement knowledge, methodology and tools

  • Expertise in Advanced excel, VBA and Power BI

  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
