Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, cross-functional teams, project managers, and architects to define and drive the strategic roadmap for the SDLC toolchain, considering industry trends, technological advancements, and business requirements and align them with organizational goals.

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders and the IT Teams

  • Understand business needs, pain points, and processes in software development to ensure the toolchain's usability, effectiveness, and alignment with end-user expectations.

  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value for the complete SDLC toolchain.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to onboard tools, establishing architecture, structure, guidelines, and policies around tool utilization.

  • Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure the delivery of top-tier support for the toolchain to end users.

  • Understanding licensing agreements, pricing structures and explore opportunities for cost savings.

  • Foster cultural alignment and cooperation with stakeholders in the development teams and IT, offering professional advice on SDLC tools and methodologies.

  • Ensure standard documentation for our processes are created and maintained.

Background & Skills

You have 5+ years of experience working as Product owner in the field of PLM tool chain. Furthermore, you need:

  • Strong knowledge in range of tools used in embedded and non-embedded application software development life cycle.

  • Strong experience in large product development lifecycle.

  • Understanding about Azure Devops, Polarion and GIT CI/CD , IBM Tools and cloud

  • Understanding of SW development tools like Artifactory, Visual Studio, Docker and SonarCloud

  • Knowledge of software languages/scripts (C++, C#, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, CMD, or similar)

  • Team Spirit and good communication skills.

  • Being structured and organized.

  • Strong communication skills.
