Responsabilitati:

• preia/preda schimbul de la/ catre colegii sai: se informeaza de starea echipamenteleor si de stadiul de reparatii daca e cazul;

• validarea/ verificarea echipamentelor din linie inainte de incepe productia/ sau in timpul productiei;

• trimiterea raportului de schimb cu interventiile facute, problemele aparute si statusul reparatiilor;

• minimizarea timpilor de oprire a echipamentelor datorate problemelor ivite in toate ariile de proces;

• generarea actiunilor corective sau de imbunatatire in limita competentei;

• asigurarea mentenantei preventive a echipamentelor;

• asigurarea bunei functionalitati, verificarea si pregatirea pentru procesele de productie a tuturor dispozitivelor;

• furnizarea tuturor informatiilor, datelor cerute pentru un proces specific;

• asigurarea suportului dupa necesitatile productiei;

• mentinerea standardelor 5S in linia de productie in zona de responsabilitate a echipamentelor

• curatare si intretinere echipamentele de lucru pe care le utilizeaza

• setarea echipamentelor pentru urmatorul produs

• escaladeaza problemele din linie catre superiorul direct

• schimbarea consumabilelor la nevoie

• operarea echipamentelor specifice

• validari/ calibrari echipamente in functie de specificul clientului

• manipularea eficienta a pieselor de schimb si actualizarea permanenta a stocului prin raportarea directa catre responsabilul cu echipamentele de proces;

• minimizarea timpilor de stationare a echipamentelor in conditiile mentenantei corective.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Cerințe:

• bune abilităţi de comunicare

• cunoştinţe de operare PC: Excel, Word, Access, Power Point;

• limbi străine – engleză (nivel mediu);

• cunoștințe în electronică/pneumatică, mecanică/hidraulică;

• abilități de muncă în echipă, organizare și prioritizare.
