Fry \'Food NON-SUPERVISORY JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Line Worker Supervisor: Line/Production Supervisor Basic Function: Help a team with the production and packaging of raw and par fried appetizer items. Authority (to take action/make decisions): Duties/Tasks Task Description / Responsibilities 1. Wear mandatory PPE (personal protective equipment) Hair nets, slip resistant shoes, beard nets, sleeves, ear plugs, aprons, gowns. 2. Possess a good knowledge of onion product defects. 3. To sort out imperfections of product so product can be of high quality. 4. To have the ability to execute orders by supervisor on what imperfections need to be sorted out according to specific customer. 5. To have the ability/ stamina to stand 3 to 4 hours at a time. 6. To have the ability to work with both hands at a fast pace. 7. Be able to pack 5 Lb boxes with onion rings in a certain time at a fast pace, meeting the quality guidelines. 8. Work in a cool area at a fast pace packing finished product into larger boxes and preparing to ship out to our customers, stack boxes onto pallets, wrap pallets with stretch wrap, and verifying lot codes. 9. Perform other duties in the best interest of the company as assigned. Standards of Performance (quality, quantity, speed, customer satisfaction etc.) Must be able to produce a good volume of work. Ability to work 6 days a week and up to 10 hours a day. To follow company rules and regulations. To keep work and lunch area clean. To be a team player and work together with coworkers. Follow HACCP and GMP programs. To follow all Safety Procedures and to make safety a priority. Education: Basic Experience: Some Helpful Skill, Knowledge and Abilities: To work long hours, stand for longer periods of time, ability to focus on moving lines and take direction for others.
