The LEGO Group is currently looking for a Sr. Key Account Manager to join our office in Canada! In this role you help us lead building our channel strategy whilst managing and developing some of our key accounts.

Core Responsibilities
Lead and run the LEGO business end to end for key strategic customer(s) partnership developing, implementing, tracking and assessing results on growth plans based on healthy flow, inventory management and shoppers’ Insights.
Seek joined growth opportunities, develop and implement customer plans.
Deliver Customer Sales, Sell In and Inventory Targets while owning budget planning, execution and control.
Represent Accounts in Planning Processes while handling internal and external collaborators and building customer partnership
Lead and collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations and Finance around the customer.
Support our weekly and monthly DP processes and improve forecast quality, leading actions to address opportunities and/or mitigations.
Represent the LEGO Group and its business in front of the customer.

With the supports from Marketing in instore execution guidelines, and from Operations in demand planning and order management, this role leads the execution of the LEGO Group's presence in the stores.

You will be given the phenomenal opportunity to be a part of a team developing the Grocery, Drug and Convenience channel. This position is mainly responsible for e-comm and promotion in main Grocery channel, leading fully 2 Drug and 1 Convenience customers
Do you have what it takes?
High performing Key Account Manager, who has worked in a retail environment - ideally grocery for 3+ years.
Experience leading joined business plans, with strong analytical understanding of customer development.
Strong budget planning, control and management experience with an end-to-end approach.
Strong team leadership and collaboration.
Ability to apply data-driven decision making and insights into action
Consistent record of building customer relationships and partner management.
Display outstanding drive, and self motivation.
Excellent organizational skills with a problem solving mentality and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience in E-Commerce business
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Retail Link is a plus.
