Being an Operations Coordinator means coordinating and supervising the work of the team's employees to support the implementation of activities. It means defining the stages of project execution, coordinating the implementation of varied and diversified activities, identifying technical problems or potential obstacles and making recommendations to optimize processes and procedures. The main activities of the function are as follows

  • Ensure the smooth running of activities and ensure the follow-up and control of the team's activities

  • Assign and monitor requests from internal and external partners based on team member responsibilities and capacity

  • Be proactive in making recommendations to improve possible issues in the end-to-end process

  • Work in collaboration with the coordinators of the other teams as well as various partners. Mentor and coach staff to help them achieve business objectives.

  • A three-year college diploma completed or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience

  • Experience in leading a team

  • Experience in coaching,

  • Experience in the Mutual Fund Dealer Operations

  • Experience in continuous improvement

  • Excellent knowledge of the sector's business processes:

  • Knowledge of applications: T80, AS400

  • Knowledge of the Office suite

  • Bilngualism (spoken/written) French and English
