The Strategic Planning team within CE is a high performing team of Strategy Managers and Business Analysts responsible for consistent delivery of KPIs and Financial / Capacity management. We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join a highly skilled, dynamic team. The successful candidate will apply their extensive experience in the area of Strategic Planning, analysis and problem solving to drive Program delivery in the Strategic Planning team.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will construct robust models to forecast short and long term Capacity Plan & KPI outlook which will be used to prepare the Wireless Customer Experience Budget and provide updates for the Strat Check and monthly Triage activities.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders from Finance, Planning, Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Process Improvement, onshore and offshore operations, Training, and project teams to drive process efficiencies and develop actionable insights focused on improving business performance.

You have a strong background or knowledge of Economics, Forecasting, Statistics and Data Analytics
Respected for your strong analytical skills and ability to translate a wide range of information and data into clear, easy to understand insights, and making strategic decisions
An exceptional communicator, you simplify complex information, are able to tell the story and support your recommendations with data, you bring forward ideas and make recommendations that help evolve the customers experience
You have a persuasive presentation style, with polished communication skills who is capable of listening and interpreting stakeholder feedback to understand business processes and identify business issues/objectives
A background and comfort with being an accomplished storyteller and someone who absolutely loves building presentations that have clean and sleek design while enabling the right discussion
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to distill complex and/or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
Recognized for your ability to operate and adapt in a demanding, dynamic environment, managing flexible hours, multiple tasks, competing priorities, working with numerous partners and tight deadlines
Working knowledge or experience using statistical analysis techniques – i.e. variance, regression/correlation, and sensitivity analyses
Self-motivation to continually improve models and processes to deliver best in class Capacity Planning methodologies and effectiveness
Knowledge of Workforce Management methodologies and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Expert Level knowledge or experience using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge or experience using Google Workspace (G Suite)
University degree and/or 3-5 years’ equivalent combination of experience and education
Telecommunications and call center knowledge considered an asset
University degree in Economics considered an asset
CPA, MBA or MSc would be considered an asset
Project Management experience considered an asset
Knowledge of Program Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management methodologies considered an asset
