Responsibilities

The HR Analyst is responsible for HR analytics, reporting, project management and supporting HR management. Directs and participates in wide variety of Human Resources programs including recruitment, selection, testing, employee benefits, human resources information systems (HRIS), classification/compensation, employee development and employee/labor relations programs and processes. This position provides collaboration as an internal consultant on a broad range of cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.

  2. 5-7 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.

  3. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.

  4. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $97,760.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
