Aston Carter Customer Account Specialist in Ontario, California

Shifts: 4:00am-12:40pm or 5:00am-1:30pm or 7:00am- 3:30pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves data entry, order processing, working with vendors, checking inventory, and handling customer inquiries via email.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and other relevant data into our system.
Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely supply of products.
Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock availability.
Email Communication: Send and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing information as needed.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Customer Account Management: Handle customer accounts, including updating information, managing preferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work with vendors and manage inventory.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
