Position Highlights:

    Job Summary

  • The RN-C is responsible for providing direct patient care and performs nursing assessment skills and treatments in accordance with registered nurse standard nursing practice for patients of all ages in the pre-operative, surgical and post-operative setting.

    Education and/or Experience

  • Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience required. 3-5 years of experience preferred.

    Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or multistate licensure in a compact state.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire.

    Work Schedule

  • Day schedule with varying start times depending on surgical case load, occas wknd/hol/call; 80hrs/2wks

    Pay

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
