About the Role :
The Power of One will be the TreeHouse contact and advocate for a select group of customers, demonstrating our strategic capabilities to build advantaged partnerships in the Canadian market . This role will help educate the Business Units on these select retailer’s strategies, while facilitating business conversion in partnership with the dedicated BU Sales organizations. The leader will be measured on a mix of total company performance and focus customer partnerships . This role will be a key feeder role to the Vice President of Sales and/or the Power of One Vice President of Sales roles .
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own partnership with focus customers to exceed business unit (BU) growth and share.
Execute against plan by serving as the “face of TreeHouse” for all assigned customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer by understanding their needs and providing solutions
Communicates customer strategy to internal selling and business unit team
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Own quarterly joint business planning (JBP)and innovation sessions for assigned customers
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including new developments and offerings
Gather and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and improvements

About You :
You’ll fit right in if you have:
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
Experience managing a team of sales professionals
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; or combination of education and experience
Experience in private brands preferred
The ability to travel to TreeHouse locations, customer appointments, and industry events 20-40% of the time
Possess strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork and analytical skills
Strong business and project management skills, creativity and ingenuity in developing successful strategies, and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
Advanced organization, prioritization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, principles and practices
Strong analytical skills and mathematical ability
Intermediate or higher computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office suite
Knowledge of the industry and related industry key players, vendors and people
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Advanced negotiating and influencing skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adjust to changing priorities
