5-10+ years of enterprise direct sales experience with large quotas and shown success.
5 years of experience leading and handling sales teams, including inside sales, pre-sales engineers, cloud, marketing, and channels.
Experience navigating long sales cycles in a matrix environment and handling complex commercial structures.
Experience selling outsourcing solutions or services to vertical industries within Fortune 500 enterprises.
Expert understanding and advocacy of multiple cloud adoption patterns, including Hybrid, Data Center and Application Modernization, re-platforming, Cloud Native, Web-scale, and High-Availability.
Practical knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, Micro Services, and their impact on organizational change.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
Proficiency in public speaking, with a desire to train others and pursue continuous learning.

Responsibilities
5 years Technology / Cloud Sales Management experience
2+ Years of Licensing, Engineered Systems experience, preferred
Ability to hire, train and empower top Talent, new sales representatives
Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues, customer priorities
Demonstrated leadership sales skills
Strong affinity to collaborate both within NACT and across LOB
Effective written and presentation communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.
Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.
Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience selling Public Cloud Infrastructure or strongly related services at other cloud-based companies
Ability to communicate to executive – internally want with clients
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada: Hiring Range from $135,200 to $251,000 CAD per annum
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
