DESCRIPTION
Title: XM Account Coordinator
Responsibilities
Include (but are not limited to) the following duties:
Project Management
Creating Workback Schedules
Managing Vendors, Timelines and Budgets
Sourcing & Procuring event-related assets
Lead, Hire, Train & Manage Brand Ambassadors on site for events
Manage internal systems, including new program set up and reporting
Provide weekly status updates on program updates, client program reporting and reviews
Attend client meetings or teamactivities outside the office and/or on occasion, regular business hours
This is an entry level role in an agency environment. This role is currently in a hybrid work environment with 2 days at the Toronto office (Liberty Village).

Proficient with computer applications (Google Workspace & Microsoft)
