Scantron Support Analyst I in Omaha, Nebraska

This is a hybrid position, looking for qualified candidates in the Omaha, NE and surrounding areas

POSITION SUMMARY

The Support Analyst I will be configuring and replacing equipment for new and current employees.  You will also provide internal support to resolve issues with hardware and software, imaging of Secur-Serv’s end user equipment, and basic network troubleshooting. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and maintain, workstations, networking equipment, and software applications

  • Provide technical support services to employees using the phone software as well as in person

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as, user authentication and authorization, software updates, and configuration of drivers and settings on personal computing devices and printers

  • Imaging of desktops/laptops/mobile devices

  • Escalate appropriate technical issues in a timely manner

  • Meets all attendance requirements

     

    REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a support role

  • Proficient in the following systems and maintenance:

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft 365

  • Mobile Phone Support

  • Desktop Support

  • Computer Imaging

  • Microsoft Entra ID

  • Desktop Hardware support and setup

  • Networking (cisco and/or fortigate)

  • Intune

  • Azure

  • Exceptional communication skills with customers and coworkers

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge and ability to use computers

  • Significant autonomous decision-making authority

  • Proficient in time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking

     

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree

  • Proficient in Network equipment maintenance (racking networking equipment, wireless Ap setup etc.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Window Server 2026-2022

     

PHYSCIAL/MENTAL REQUIRMENTS

  • Sit Frequently at a desk

  • Frequent fine hand and finger movements (keyboard, writing, mouse movement)

  • Continual close visual acuity for reading

  • Hearing and Speaking for communication within and outside of company.

  • May be required to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds for set up/movement of office equipment,

  • Mental Requirements – must be able to consistently:

  • Remember Processes,

  • Maintain focus,

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Make timely decisions in the context of a workflow,

  • Ability to communicate effectively,
