Job Title: Punch Press Operator

Job Description

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and changing over production stamping dies in punch press using basic hand tools. Your role includes material handling using overhead cranes and forklifts, packaging parts into boxes, and stacking them on pallets for shipping. You will ensure understanding of dimensions and tolerancing for quality control, operate and understand 'Go No-Go' gauges, calipers, micrometers, and clearly communicate quality issues with engineers to solve problems.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in OMAHA, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The facility operates on the first floor in a big open work environment in a brand new facility added in September. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime offered during the week. The schedule includes working 9 weeks on day shifts followed by one week on night shifts. The role involves working in a team of five, emphasizing teamwork from supervisors to engineers and fellow machine operators. The dress code includes jeans, a tucked-in polo, and closed-toed shoes.
