Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for taking apart tanks, spraying them out, and reassembling them. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who can fix machines on the 2nd shift to avoid the need for maintenance call-ins at night. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools is essential.
Responsibilities
Taking apart and reassembling tanks.
Cleaning and spraying out tanks.
Fixing machines on 2nd shift to prevent maintenance call-ins.
Using hand tools and power tools effectively.
Performing general labor tasks such as bending, lifting, stooping, and cleaning.
Compounding, packaging, mixing, and inspecting products.
Handling heavy lifting and general production duties.
Essential Skills
Mechanical inclination and ability to fix machines.
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to lift 55+ lbs.
Willingness to learn multiple areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production or general labor roles.
Capability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and lifting.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of an old building with less-than-ideal smells, indicative of a facility that has been operational since 1885. The shift typically runs from 2pm to around 10:30pm-11:30pm.
