Conagra Manager Human Resources - Research & Development in Omaha, Nebraska
Reporting to the Sr Director Human Resources you'll provide full cycle HR support to the Research & Development (R&D) business function. You will partner with business leaders to build an engaging and inclusive employee experience that maximizes talent effectiveness to lead organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Translate business strategies into HR strategies and projects which promote culture, organizational effectiveness and capability building.
Provide daily strategic HR partnership and consultation for assigned client groups and senior functional leadership.
Provide coaching and advise management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.
Partner with business and HR Leadership to co-create business specific human resource strategies, aligned with the needs of each respective business.
Partner with cross-functional HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support functions including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on different needs.
Partner with the Center of Excellence, to develop and deliver compelling strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity & inclusion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of HR Business Partner experience
Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
Demonstrated experience managing projects
Experience handling conflict management and mediation skills
Experience building consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching and partnership
Approximately 10% travel
Hybrid in office Tuesday - Thursday
