Conagra Manager Human Resources - Research & Development in Omaha, Nebraska

Reporting to the Sr Director Human Resources you'll provide full cycle HR support to the Research & Development (R&D) business function. You will partner with business leaders to build an engaging and inclusive employee experience that maximizes talent effectiveness to lead organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategies into HR strategies and projects which promote culture, organizational effectiveness and capability building.

  • Provide daily strategic HR partnership and consultation for assigned client groups and senior functional leadership.

  • Provide coaching and advise management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.

  • Partner with business and HR Leadership to co-create business specific human resource strategies, aligned with the needs of each respective business.

  • Partner with cross-functional HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support functions including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on different needs.

  • Partner with the Center of Excellence, to develop and deliver compelling strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity & inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience

  • Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects

  • Experience handling conflict management and mediation skills

  • Experience building consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching and partnership

  • Approximately 10% travel

  • Hybrid in office Tuesday - Thursday
