Description

We seek aFull-Time Land SurveyParty Chiefin our Omaha office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can communicate effectively with clients and team members. This individual will have a proven track record of land surveying expertise. Additionally, this candidate will:

  • Serve as a Party Chief of a survey crew to perform field work on civil engineering, construction, and general surveying projects, including topographic, ALTA, boundary, Right of Way, and As-builts
  • Process field data and perform staking calculations using LGO
  • Accurately perform vertical and horizontal control surveys with necessary calculations under the direction of a Registered Land Surveyor and/or Party Chief
  • Maintain and operate all instruments and equipment needed to complete surveying tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors on project sites
  • Work outdoors in both developed and natural environments
